ADINA provides design, technical advice, marketing and operational services for premium seniors’ communities in South-East Asia.
Our mission is to promote the health and well being of our residents in vibrant and active communities.
ADINA has established itself as the pioneer of the Indonesian seniors care industry inconjunction with our partners from Living Well Seniors Communities and SES Hospitality.
Our Team has been featured in Bloomberg, Forbes, Jakarta Post, Bisnis Indonesia, Jakarta Globe, ABC Television, Business Week and Investor Daily.
ADINA is changing the lives of seniors. We are providing new hope, new friendships, new skills and new purpose.
ADINA offers premium hotel-style Residences tailored to meet the needs of elderly and serviced by trained professionals.
ADINA provides a caring environment that responds to the unique needs of seniors.
Our team create a community filled with new friends, smiles, music and activities that promote physical & mental health to enjoy a golden age.
Unlike an ‘old person’s home’ or ‘panti jompo’, the Residences are architecturally designed and feature concierge services, access to 24/7 care, chef-prepared meals, premium lounge, pool & gymnasium, private cinema, karaoke rooms, beautician, cafes and medical consulting suites.
ADINA’s Residences also provide for family and friends to staycation with their loved ones in our unique lifestyle resorts.
The design & operation of seniors living is a complex and multi-faceted business that require an understanding and experience across a range of sectors.
At the heart of our business is creating a safe space for our residents that allows them to explore and grow in a comfortable environment. A home that residents and their families can be proud.
Adina does not operate seniors living like a hospital or a clinic; our specialist staff are trained to deliver a hospitality-driven community for our residents.
The majority of care for elderly people does not require a doctor or a nurse.
Premium seniors living should be warm and inviting, not cold and clinical. Adina’s specialist Personal Care Team are trained via the Asosiasi Seniors Living Indonesia (co-founded by the Adina’s management) who then operate under the supervision of nursing staff in case of emergency.
All residences are designed to incorporate live-in Personal Care Attendants if required at a later stage in life.
All residences are designed to adapt to a resident’s changing needs as they age.
